The best show I ever saw was Executioner, Kreator and Voivod at TT The Bears in Cambridge, Ma. 5/3/87.

I was on a flight with a friend who had never heard of CB and gave him the Free disc to listen (on a Discman!) during the flight. When he gave it back, he said, "That is one of the best albums I've ever heard."

“Probot” was a gem of musicians🤘 Of course the “Shake Your Blood” with Lemmy Kilmister & “Wino” was a hit on the album imo. As a Canadian it’s so bad ass that Dave Grohl is talking about “Voivod”. I grew up with other kick ass Canadian bands such as (RaZoR-Annihilator-Exciter-Anvil-Varga-Helix-Quo Vadis etc.)

My 1st Voivod show was during the RRROOOAAARRR!!! tour… They opened up for Celtic Frost and, although I’ve heard of them, I never heard them before. Absolutely blew my mind! 🤯 I made it my mission in high school to make sure Everyone heard this band!

I saw this tour in Omaha at the Peony Park Ballroom. The Oblivious blew out their amp a couple songs into their set, but Holly Vincent joined Johnette onstage for “Run, Run, Run,” just like in this video.
